About Chirp Suite

Who makes it

Chirp Suite is made and run by Christopher Ross in Fort Erie, Ontario. I have built on the web since 1996 and worked in WordPress since 2007, and I am completing an MA in Learning and Technology at Royal Roads University. I have also taught at Sheridan College and York University. I made it to help small businesses deal with what customers say, without a sales call. What it does

There are five free tools: a reply helper for reviews and comments, review insights for a batch of reviews, post ideas for social media, review requests that follow the review sites' rules, and a draft check to run before you publish. There is also the wpChirp plugin to use them inside WordPress, and an API for your own tools.

What it will not do

Chirp Suite never posts, sends or changes anything for you. Everything it writes is written by an AI model, is marked that way, and is a draft for you to read and edit. It will not write fake reviews or help pressure or reward reviewers.

What it keeps

What you paste is used for that one request and is not stored. The privacy page has the full list, including what the optional account and the advisor chat keep.
