Terms
These terms cover your use of the Chirp Suite website and its free tools, run by Christopher Ross, operating as Chirp Suite. By using a tool you agree to them.
What the tools are
The tools give you suggestions about how to answer customers. They are a starting point, not advice. AI-written text can be wrong, miss context or sound off, so read and edit every reply before you send it. You are responsible for what you publish or send, and for the promises it makes.
What you paste
- Only paste text you have the right to use.
- Do not paste passwords, payment details or other people's private information.
- Do not use the tools to harass anyone, to write fake reviews, or to mislead people.
The wpChirp plugin
The free tools in the wpChirp plugin run only on a website you own or manage, which the plugin proves by asking your site for a one-time code. They are limited to 20 runs a day per site and 8 an hour per tool.
Reviews and honesty
Do not use Chirp Suite to write fake reviews, to pressure or reward reviewers, or to hide or buy off reviews. Ask every customer for an honest review, not only the happy ones. Everything the tools write is a draft for you to read and edit, and you are the one who publishes it. The draft check is an extra pair of eyes, not legal advice.
Fair use
The free tools are limited so everyone can use them. Do not try to get around those limits, overload the service, or use it to build a competing service.
No warranty and limits of liability
The service is provided as it is and as it is available. To the fullest extent the law allows, Chirp Suite is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, data or goodwill, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which for the free tools is nothing. This does not limit rights the law says cannot be limited.
Changes and law
We may change the tools or these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
