Accessibility statement

Everyone should be able to use this website, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, zoom or a reduced-motion setting.

The standard we aim for

This website aims to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. In practice that means readable contrast, visible focus, a sensible page structure, labels on form fields and buttons, text alternatives on meaningful images, everything usable from the keyboard, content that still works at 200% zoom, and animation that respects the reduced-motion setting.

This is a target, not a certificate. We have not published a formal conformance audit for this site, and we do not claim it is perfect. We treat a barrier you tell us about as a bug to fix, not an edge case.

Known limitations

We have not yet documented specific limitations for this site. This statement covers chirpsuite.com. The dashboard and the tools on this site are covered by this statement, and we have not published a separate accessibility review of them. If something does not work with your keyboard or assistive technology, please tell us.

Report a barrier

Write to hello@chirpsuite.com or use the contact page. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and, if you are willing, the browser and assistive technology you use. A real person will reply, and if you need the information in another format we will work out one that suits you.

Our wider approach

Chirp Suite is made by Christopher Ross. His own site, thisismyurl.com, publishes a longer statement that describes how he tests and how he handles reports.
